Zitat:
There are no points awarded for recent work experience but it is a Basic Requirement of the visa (136er, ist aber auch beim 175er so?!) that you have been in paid
employment in any occupation on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) for at least:
- 12 out of the last 18 months applying (if you have a 60-point occupation); or
- 2 out of the last 3 years before applying (if you have a 40/50-point occupation).

For the purpose of this requirement, 'employment' means that you must have been working at least 20 hours per week and this must
have been 'paid work' i.e. you must have received a salary, fee or commission.
Important Note: For certain occupations, a longer period of work experience may be required as part of the skills assessment guidelines and this will override the basic requirement.

Advice: You will need to provide details of your recent work experience in Part H, Question 62 of the visa application form (47SK).
You should also provide a copy of your curriculum vitae (resume) and employment references with your application.

(Also 12 von 18 Monaten gearbeitet)

Das Hatten wir hier schon mal, aber da ist es für mich auch nicht 100%ig klar geworden.

So deute ich es. Du kannst die recent work experience in jedem Beruf (solang auf der SOL) gesammelt haben, denn...

Zitat:

Additional Point Test Factors
The following factors are not Basic Requirements of the visa but can provide you with additional points towards your Points Test
score.
Occupational Work Experience
This is not a basic requirement of the visa but you can receive additional points if you have worked in your nominated occupation, or any other occupation on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL), for at least 3 out of the last 4 years immediately prior to your application.

If your nominated occupation is worth 60 points and you have worked in this occupation or a closely related occupation for at least 3 out of the last 4 years before you apply, you can claim 10 additional points.

If your nominated occupation is worth 40, 50 or 60 points and you have worked in any occupation on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) for at least 3 out of the last 4 years before you apply, you can claim 5 additional points.

Advice:
In your Online Assessment, you indicated you have worked in your nominated occupation or a closely related occupation for at least 3 out of the last 4 years. This means you are entitled to claim 10 additional points towards your final score.

However, to ensure you have these points you will need to provide proof of your employment through detailed employer references and job descriptions covering the required period, with your application.

When supplying employer references, you must adhere to the following guidelines, otherwise you risk delaying the processing of your application if the immigration officer is not satisfied with the information contained within your references.

a) the reference must be written on the official letterhead of the company or government department;
b) the letterhead should indicate clearly the full address of the company;
c) the name and position of the person authorised to sign the employment reference should be typed or stamped below that
person's signature - a reference with an illegible signature will not be accepted;
d) the contact telephone number of the person writing the reference should be included in the letter;
e) the letter should state the exact period of employment:
f) whether employment permanent or temporary, and full or part-time. For any period of part-time work, details must be given of the weekly hours and of any variations in hours;

- description of position/s held (positions should NOT be described by generic titles (e.g. research officer, public servant) but according to the nature of the duties undertaken (e.g. research chemist, accounts clerk);
- the annual salary earned.
- you must also include both an official Duty Statement for the position/s you have been working in plus an organisation chart showing how your position/s fit into the structure of the company;
- a recent payslip from your current employment should also be included.

You may be concerned about asking your current manager for a reference because you do not wish to inform him/her of your intention to migrate to Australia. This concern is natural and the best approach is really no different than if you were to apply for another job locally and the prospective employer wished to conduct a reference check - you may try to use a different manager if possible or otherwise ask a colleague to provide the reference and use your pay slips as a further back up. Alternatively, some people prefer to tell their manager they are applying for a bank loan and therefore require a written reference to confirm their ability to meet the repayments. (With the latter solution, however, you must still try and ensure that your duties and role are described in the letter)
