Wann geht´s endlich weiter mit den PR

Hi

Weiss vielleicht jemand schon wieder was neues von der Regierung, wann es mit den PR weitergeht.

Warte schon seit 1 1/2 Jahren und jetzt is es wieder auf Eis gelegt worden.

Wieso? Geht doch alles seinen Anfang '09 angkündigten Gang.
Derzeit werden ausschließlich (bis voraussichtlich Ende dieses Fiskaljahres) bearbeitet:
1.Priorität: 176 state sponsorship
2.Priorität: 175 CSL

175er mit "nur MODL" liegen solange brach bis 1.+2. abgearbeitet.

Priority Processing - Change From 1 January 2009

Following recent announcements by the Minister for Immigration and
Citizenship, in response to the current global economic environment,
processing of General Skilled Migration applications gives first priority

2. Applications where the nominated occupation is identified on the
Critical Skills List (CSL).

hand and being received, applications not on the CSL, or applications
without a successful State or Territory nomination, will be delayed until
those applications which meet the processing priorities are finalised. This

Priority Application Processing Information

Applications are now being processed as follows:

1. State or Territory Nominated Applications - once the department has
received and approved a nomination from a state or territory authority,
processing of the application will commence within 10 working days of that
approval. Should you need to, please lodge enquiries about your
application via: http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm

2. Applications with a nominated occupation on the Critical Skills List
(CSL) - are being processed in date of lodgment order. Information about
the CSL can be found on the department's website at:

Priority Processing Exemptions

Visa Subclasses 485, 476, 487 and 887 are exempt from the priority
processing changes. Applications under these subclasses will continue to
be processed in the order in which they were received by the Department –
the following subclass by application lodgment date identifies cases
currently being considered:

Visa Subclass Month/Year Lodgment
VC 485 (paper): 15 May 2008
VC 485 (e-lodged): 29 February 2008. (Please note - E-lodged
applications lodged after 29 February 2008 will be processed in Brisbane)
VF 476 (paper): 5 June 2008
VF 476 (e-lodged): 12 July 2008
VC 487 (paper): 18 December 2008
VB 887 (paper): 2 March 2009

Falls Du zu der "nur MODL Fraktion" gehören solltest, hilft vielleicht ein Blick in http://www.beupdate.co.uk/visagrants.php um abzuschätzen,
wo in etwa man selber auf der Warteliste steht.
Auch auf http://britishexpats.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=32 tauschen sich die Leidensgenossen aus und wagen den Blick in die spekulative Kristallkugel. Eine etwaige Änderung der aktuellen Verfahrensweise wird demnach erst Ende Juni erwartet, neue MODL-Listen zum 12. Mai.
But..., who knows...

Antrag wurde abgegeben im August 2007.
Case Officer im März 2009.

Was die dazwischen gemacht haben weiss ich nicht.

Ich bin Handwerker und stand immer ganz oben auf jeder Liste.
Seit März aber is mein Beruf nicht mehr auf der CSL zu finden.
Hab der Case Officer genau an dem Tag bekommen, an dem die Liste geändert wurde.

Ein bisschen sauer bin ich schon, die hatten ja genug Zeit. Aber nichts is passiert.

Hoffe da tut sich bald mal was.

Wenn dein Beruf nicht auf der CSL steht, würde ich es mit einem Sponsorship versuchen...

Wann es mit den MODL Anträgen weitergeht kann dir vermutlich niemand so genau sagen.

Das ist das fiese an der ach-so-tollen CSL - sie hat Instant-Wirkung.
Ich habe auf BE von einem Maurer mit Familie gelesen, die hatten sogar schon die Medicals an den Case officer gesendet und der Antrag wurde trotzdem im März auf Eis gelegt.

Wie kommst Du denn mit der Warterei klar - lebst Du noch, oder spulst Du nur noch Zeit ab?
