It is 2 mins to coles and world square, 5 mins to Town Hall, 8 mins to Central Station. It is also good for students as it is close to UTS, CSU and some colleges, English Language schools in the city.
The friendly flatmates are 1 german guy, 1 korean guy, 1 korean girl and a Brazillian girl. The house has 2 bedrooms & 1 sunroom on total living 5 people and it is very clean as the flatmates clean it on a weekly basis. The 155$ per week includes all bills and massive ADSL2+ internet which is 130gb per month. You will share the room with a german guy who is a full-time worker in IT. The room has 2 seperate beds ( no bunker bed ) with a good view of the city. You will also get your own swipe key.
