ich bin neu hier im Forum hab mir schon vieles durchgelesen und vieles gelernt.
Leider konnte ich zu meinem jetzigen Problem keine Infos finden.
Deswegen wollte ich um euren fachlichen Rat fragen 
Ich hab das 417 Visum schon beantragt und ehrlicherweise auch angegeben, dass ich mal in eine "Straftat" verwickelt war.
(es handelt sich um Trunkenheit am Steuer, ohne Unfall) ... ja war dumm ... 
Mein Status ist "further information required"
Nun soll ich ein Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis dort hin schicken, welches ich auch schon beantragt habe (übersetzung lass ich natürlich auch machen)
Jetzt wollen sie von mir aber noch mehr Informationen und da blick ich noch nicht richtig durch
das soll ich machen:
To be satisfied that you are of good character, additional information is
required. For each offence, please provide the following information:
1. The offence for which you were convicted and the date of the
conviction.
2. Whether a fine was imposed by a court for the offence and for what
monetary amount.
3. Whether a period of detention or periodic detention was imposed for
the offence and for what period of time.
4. Whether a sentence was imposed by a court for the offence and for what
period of time ("sentence" includes any form of determination of the
punishment for an offence).
5. Whether a suspended sentence was imposed by a court for the offence
(for example, required to undertake community service).
6. A personal account of the events leading up to and including the
offence.
7. Any additional information that relates to the offence.
COPY OF POLICE CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
8. Please provide a copy of Police Clearance Certificates / Records from
all the countries you have lived in for a total of one year or more
within the last 10 years, after reaching the age of 16 years.
einige Punkte sind für mich ja gar nicht relevant so weit ich das sehe.
Aber ich weiss jetzt nicht genau was ich denen schreiben soll und wie.
Ich wurde zu 30 Tagessätzen a. 10€ verurteilt und habe zur Zeit auch keinen Führerschein mehr (was auch noch lange so bleiben wird)
vielleicht hat das ja schon mal einer von euch machen müssen und kann mir da vieleicht etwas zu sagen.
