Working Holiday Maker Visum (Ist die Einreise mit dem 31. Lebensjahr möglich??)

Ich habe mich schon seit längerer Zeit mit dem Gedanken befasst für eine gewisse Zeit nach Australien zu gehen um dieses Land mittels einem Working Holiday Maker Visum kennen zu lernen, was bis dato aus beruflichen Gründen nicht möglich war. Dabei stellt sich für mich jedoch eine Frage bei welcher ich Eure Hilfe benötige. Im Jahre 2007/07/02 werde ich 31 Jahre alt. Mir ist bekannt, dass das Working Holiday Maker Visum spätestens vor dem 31. Lebensjahr beantragt werden muss. Aufgrund von abschließenden Prüfungen zum Technischen Betriebswirt IHK im Oktober 2007 besteht bei mir nicht die Möglichkeit diese Unternehmung früher durchführen zu können. Meine Frage ist nun ob ich mit dem Working Holiday Maker Visum nach dem 02.07.2007 bzw. nach den im Oktober 2007 statt findenden Prüfungen noch in Australien einreisen darf oder ob mir diese Art des kennen lernens von Australien dann für immer verwehrt bleibt???

Korrigiert mich, wenn ich falsch liege, aber meines Erachtens sollte das kein Problem sein, solange du das Visum noch vor deinem 31.sten Geburtstag beantragst.

Thank you for your email sent on 28 November 2006 in relation to your
electronic working holiday (subclass 417) visa application.

Applicants for a working holiday visa must be aged between 18 and 30 years
inclusive at the time of application. This is a primary visa criteria to
be satisfied by applicants at the time of application as stated under the
Migration (1993) Regulations and there is no legal provision for this
requirement to be amended under any circumstances.

In other words you will not be eligible for this visa after 2 July 2007
(Australian time).

However, there are other visa options for clients to consider when seeking
to enter Australia for a holiday or for business purposes. For further
information on Australia's visa options and requirements, please contact
your nearest Australian Government office overseas, a Regional office of
the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs in Australia, or
you can access the Department's website at http://www.immi.gov.au
