Da scheinst Du nicht ganz unrecht zu haben. Ich habe mir die Mail mal komplett durchgelesen. Allerdings verstehe ich das so, dass man den Flug nur über den Call Center buchen muss, wenn man beide Gutscheine gleichzeitig einlösen möchte.
Anfallende Gebühren gehen auf mich. Ist in diesem Falle dann aber wahrscheinlich das beste, gleich beide auf einmal einzulösen. Da für mich die Gutscheine wertlos sind, lasse ich da mit mir reden. Verschenken will ich sie allerdings nicht
Von mir aus auch eine Zahlung im Nachhinein, wenn alles geklappt hat und so.

I have reviewed both bookings and can see that the type of fare you chose to purchase is non-refundable. As per the terms and conditions of our Saver fares, we are unable to offer a refund of your cancelled fares, however, I am happy to confirm that an amount of $121.00 is currently being held in credit under Reservation Number XXXXX which will expire at midnight on the 21st August 2012.I am also happy to confirm that an amount of $53.00 is currently being held in credit under Reservation number XXXXX which will expire at midnight on the 21st August 2012 also.
When you are ready to make a new booking using your credit, please contact our Guest Contact Centre on and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
The amount in credit will be used towards the payment of the new booking and if there is any outstanding difference, this will be required to be paid at the time of booking with a valid credit card. Please note that you will need to quote the above Reservation Number for your cancelled booking, in order for our agent to locate and access your credit.
As the new booking will need to be made through our Guest Contact Centre, the new fares may be at the Guest Contact Centre fare levels, depending on the fare type you choose to rebook. For Saver fares, Guest Contact Centre fare levels are $15.00 more per person, per domestic flight or $20.00 more per person, per international flight, then our current internet fares. For Guests wishing to book a Flexi or Premium fare, these will be booked at our internet fares.
The credit can be used towards booking any Virgin Australia domestic or short haul international flight, in any guest's name. You are unable to purchase Gift Vouchers with a credit shell.
You are welcome to travel anytime after this date, just as long as a new booking using the credit is made prior to the expiry date.
Please note :- If you are unable to use the credit prior to the expiry date, it can be used by a family member or friend, as it is fully transferable.
