    hi Lee,

21 years is a long time ago - and in those former times it was quite different and much more easier to migrate to Australia.

More info on http://www.immi.gov.au or on the website of the Australian Embassy in Berlin - http://www.australianembassy.de

  • The times are long gone ( just as well) that British people could step on an aeroplane and just call Australia home. Brits are foreigners just as Somalies are!

Dislexsics: a) Dislexsics are teople poo! b) Dislexsics of the world untie! c) Dislexsic agnostics don't believe in a dog!

  • Hi there,
my british husband and I (german) are currently applying for a Visa.
My husband's got a job down under and relatives, but it still takes
a lot of effort, patience and time to get it done.
I just had to go to Berlin to sit the Ielts test and even though my
English isn't too bad it wasn't exactly easy. The result should be here
    on Monday.
I guess it's not easy for anybody these days to get into the country, which is good really.
So if I was you I would find out first, what is actually requiered, which Visa you should apply for and then go from there.
Well, good luck with it anyway.
    Be.
