Sydney:
To allow for check in procedures and to give your pet time to settle in we do not allow any visits on the day of arrival.
You can visit your pet on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm. During your visit you will be allowed in the enclosure with your animal. Animals are not permitted to go out of their kennel. Animal attendants will be available to discuss any issues regarding your pet.
There are no visitors allowed on weekends or public holidays. Only Importers and their authorised agents are allowed to visit the animal whilst in quarantine. Authorisation must be submitted to the quarantine station prior to visiting.
Importers that are unwilling to comply with directions of AQIS staff will be refused future entry.

Melbourne:

Tuesday and Wednesday
1.00pm to 4.00 pm. There are no visits Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
There are no visitors allowed on weekends or public holidays. Only two visits are allowed each
week when visiting your pet.
It is best to allow your pet at least 24 hours to settle after arrival before you visit.
If you are unable to visit your animal during designated visiting hours you will need to contact the
Quarantine Station Assistant Manager who may be able to make special arrangements for you to
visit your pet.
Staff will endeavour to exercise your pet twice a week if you are unable to visit. It is the discretion
of the manager on warm days if animals can be exercised.
Visitors should wear fully enclosed footwear at all times.

Um genaue Details zu erfahren, würde ich die Qurantänestationen mal, per Mail, fragen.
Ansonsten sollte es auch der Importeur wissen.
