ich verfolge ein wenig die NRL in Australien. Kann mir jemand die Regeln der Finals erklären?

Die Broncos haben am Wochenende gegen die Roosters gewonnen, müssen jetzt aber nächtes WE schon wieder spielen, die Roosters aber auch, obwohl sie verloren haben?

Kann mir jemand den Modus erklären, wer da warum gegen wen spielt?

McIntyre Finals System HOW DOES THE FINALS SYSTEM WORK? The NRL uses the McIntyre Finals System with the top eight teams after Round 25 of the Telstra Premiership qualifying to compete. This system ranks the teams for Week One of the Finals and offers up numerous possibilities for matches through the Finals Series. WEEK ONE The four highest ranked teams will be eligible to host qualifying finals in Week One of the Finals. The four Qualifying finals will feature the following match-ups: 4v5, 3v6, 2v7 and 1v8. The two highest ranked winners (from Teams 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6) automatically progress to Week Three while the two lowest ranked losers (from Teams 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or are eliminated. The teams ranked 1 and 2 in Week One cannot be eliminated, while the teams ranked 7 and 8 must win to avoid elimination. WEEK TWO The four teams competing in Week Two are re-ranked according to the results from Week One. The two highest ranked winners from Week One automatically progress to Week Three whilst the two remaining winners from Week One host games in Week Two against the two highest ranked losers from Week One. The winners of these Semi-Finals progress to the Preliminary Finals in Week Three while the losers are eliminated. WEEK THREE The two teams that automatically progressed from Week One of the Finals (Winner 1 and Winner 2) will host matches in Week Three in their Home Region. Winner 1 will play the winner of the First Semi-Final in a Preliminary Final and Winner 2 will play the winner of the Second Semi-Final in the other Preliminary Final. GRAND FINAL The two Preliminary Final winners compete in the 2007 Telstra Premiership Grand Final at Telstra Stadium from 7pm on Sunday, September 30.
