Schwanger während Wartezeit auf Visum?

Hallo!

Jetzt noch eine Frage zu Änderungen der Familienverhältnisse während der Wartezeit auf das Visum. Da sich die Bearbeitungszeit für das 176er ja drastisch verlängert hat, können, während der Wartezeit auf das Visum ja einige Dinge sich ändern. Wie sieht es denn aus, wenn man den state sponsorship und das 176er Visum für 2 Personen beantragt und während der 2-3 jährigen Wartezeit nun ein Kind bekäme?

Gibt es da Probleme oder kann man das Kind problemlos nachträglich eintragen lassen?

hab zwischenzeitlich mal selbst bei immi.gov nachgefragt. Es sieht folgendermaßen aus:

GETTING MARRIED, HAVING A CHILD OR INCLUDING YOU PARTNER AFTER
APPLICATION IS LODGED:

If you marry or have a child after lodging your visa application, you are
able to include your partner/ partner or child in your application
provided:
* you are applying for an offshore permanent visa,
* the visa you are applying for permits combined applications;
* your application has not been decided; and
* your partner/ partner and/or child meet all requirements to make a valid
application for the visa you have applied for including where they must
be at time of application and if applicable, the type of visa they must
be holding.

Any request to include your partner/ partner or child after you have made
your application must be made in writing. You will also need to provide
evidence to confirm the family relationship.

Note: As the Skilled - Regional Sponsored visa is a temporary
(provisional) visa, different requirements apply to including your
partner/ partner or child in your application.

WHO MAY BE INCLUDED AS PART OF YOUR GENERAL SKILLED MIGRATION APPLICATION:

In addition to you (the main visa applicant) your application may include:

* your partner
* your dependent child
* your partner’s dependent child
* a dependent child of your dependent child
* a dependent child of your partner’s dependent child
* your dependent relative
* your partner’s dependent relative.

Use this form if you have applied for a visa and you wish to notify us of changes in your circumstances that have occured prior to the grant of your visa (if you applied for your visa in Australia), or before you have been immigration cleared (if you applied outside Australia).

Examples:

* serious illness
* relationship status (married, divorced, entered a de facto relationship, etc)
* engagement
* a change of name
* birth of a child.
