Centrelink ist die Behörde, die das entscheidet. Was die sagen, gilt erstmal.

Ich würde die Nummer anrufen, die unter Deutschland angegeben ist, vielleicht wissen die was. Oder dann den Ombudsman kontaktieren und Einspruch erheben.
Ansonsten sehe ich keine andere Möglichkeit.
