PR Visum Return RSMS 857

Hallo zusammen!

Hab mir schon einige Themen dazu zusammengesucht, aus der Immi Seite wird man nicht wirklich detailiert schlau und hier im Forum konnt ich keine schluessige Antwort finden.

Ich habe vor kurzem mein Visum 857 bekommen! Betrifft mich die RRV Form.

So wie ich das verstehe muss ich ja 2 JAhre bei meinem Arbeitgeber die Vertragsarbeit ableisten! Ich reise aber pro JAhr fuer 6 Wochen nach Deutschland und evtl. noch 2 Wochen zu verschiedenen Fernzielen!

Wuerde das etwas ausmachen??? Nicht das ich nachher nicht wieder ins LAnd komme? Muss ich da was beantragen! ANsonsten arbeite ich ja den Rest des Jahres hier und da es bezahlter Urlaub unter meinem Arbeitgeber ist, duerfte es ja nichts machen??

Duerfte doch kein problem sein, solange der urlaub zu deinem arbeitsvertrag gehoert, denn es steht geschrieben:

Obligations
Employer obligations

The employer must make sure that all relevant workplace laws and award conditions are met.

The employer must provide the employee with a letter of offer or employment contract which states that the employee will be employed:

* full-time
* for a minimum of 2 years
* in a regional area.

Employee obligations

The employee must meet the following obligations.

* commence employment within six months of arriving in Australia or within six months of the visa grant if they are already in Australia
* remain employed in the nominated position in the regional area for at least two years.

The visa may be cancelled if the employee does not comply with these obligations to complete the two year contract with the employer.

Wie geschrieben, das verstehe ich auch so das es innerhalb der obligations ist, denn du bist ja employed!

Hoffe doch dann, das der Wiedereintritt nach Australien immer ohne Probleme verlaeuft!
