as I am looking for a Sponsorship in Australia I didn't find too many internet sites with lists of sponsored jobs.
Does anybody here have any idea or can somebody give me recommendations of internet sites where to look for sponsored jobs?.
I would appreciate any information.

it all depends on your profession really. I know that IT Professionals as well as Engineers in the Mining Sector get head hunted via the usual network sites such as Linkedin, xing etc.
What kind of job are you looking for?

I would like, but everyone who looks for me at Google can find me if I put my profile at Linkedin and I need more privacy.

How should people find you if you're not findable ? Afaik there's nothing like a sponsorship-portal. You can either approach employers directly and ask for work (whereas most of them don't like sponsoring), apply for job-offers you find on the internet/newspapers (same problem), get in touch with recruiters who will then forward your CV to potential employers or add your details to the Skill matching database. Actually I haven't heard of anyone who has found a job because he was listed in that governmental DB but you can give it a shot.
Misskiwi's proposals sound promising and if you're really looking for work you should use them. Once you've secured a job you can easily delete your profile and hide in privacy 
Do you know http://www.jobserve.com? On the power search tab you can flag "sponsorship offered" to restrict the result.

Thanks Katharina. I apologize for not being able to answer further suggestions or recommendations as I will be out of Brisbane for a week and I am not taking my laptop with me. If there are more suggestions they are really welcome, only that I can answer them when I will come back :-(.
