Hallo Kai,
Guckst Du hier:
http://www.zoomin.com.au/australia/qld/…/show&group=all
Temperatures (average max.): 31C summer, 21C winter
According to Beaudesert Shire, the population of Jimboomba has grown from 800 in 1978 to 5,500 in more recent times. That is phenomenal growth! There must be a lot going for this town. Well, it is just outside the metropolitan area of Brisbane, so it is to be expected that many working in Brisbane are happy to travel from the town.
Situated on the Mount Lindesay Highway, 21km north of Beaudesert, the township is the main commercial centre serving the rapidly developing rural residential estates in the northern part of the Beaudesert Shire.
Its population has swelled from about 800 in 1978, to 5,500 in 1996, and huge growth is expected over the next few decades.
PLEASE NOTE: Jimboomba is close to Brisbane. As a result, residents have ready access to all the services of a major city. The services available and employment opportunities mentioned below relate specifically to the township only. If you are considering making your next home here, consider all the services Brisbane has to offer as applying to this town as well.
See for yourself. Notice Jimboomba is just to the south of Brisbane.
Gruss Susanne
