      Gob Squad: Super Night Shot (UK /Germany)
      25 Jan – 12 Feb, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane
      Super Night Shot is a multi-screen video event which takes the team on a tour through the city's nightlife: Locals become co-stars, lovers or heroes, popular sights become film sets and every night it is a new adventure. The uncut and unedited video will be shown live on four screens in the presenting venue immediately after the recording.

      Booklaunch: Christoph Schlingensief - Art without Borders

      The work of German artist Christoph Schlingensief (1960-2010) spanned a diverse range of fields, including film, theatre, activism, television and opera. He produced a large body of politically engaged work that challenged audiences to think critically. This book provides descriptive analyses of key productions in each of the mediums he employed prior to his untimely death in August 2010.

      What did literary life in Germany look like after 1945? Which authors remained in Germany, which authors have returned? This exhibition gives a detailed overview of the literary scene of the postwar period and also shows how much energy was expended by the country as it adjusted to new democratic structures. Come and discover fresh background information on authors like Thomas Mann, Heinrich Mann, Bertold Brecht, Alfred Döblin and many more.
