    • Darwin NT: Shorebirds Workshop (18.03.2012)

      Dear BirdLife Australia Members,

The NT coast is an important area for shorebirds in Australia, but to protect these amazing species, we really need to know a lot more about the bird numbers along the NT coast and the threats these birds may face.

The Shorebirds 2020 Project will therefore be holding a workshop in Darwin on the ID, ecology, migration and of course the conservation of shorebirds on Sunday the 18th of March which may help you to look out for them just a little bit more.

It would be great, if you would like to come along.
The event is free and open to anyone keen to learn more about shorebirds or just help with their conservation, so please feel free to spread the word and bring your friends of all ages to come along, whether they are BirdLife members or not.

All the details can be found in the flyer attached. For any questions just reply to this e-mail or call me on 0467 444 114.

      Cheers

      Golo
