Quite amusing what ends up in our spam folder sometimes...
Geeez, you'd be concerned if this con artist really was your surgeon -- can't even get the dates of travel right!
Wondering if the sender is related to this Dr Patel...

Feel free to respond and offer this poor medical team of experts a roof over their heads...they might be travelling in May or September or any 16-day period in between.

Anybody got a religious streak and a few spare beds?
I personally won't be able to accommodate these poor souls... and I'm also of the opinion they should swag it as sleeping on a thin mattress under the stars can be such a cleansing and uplifting experience...
